George (Chuck) Schanamann is the owner of Palm Shores Home Watch, proudly serving homeowners in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding communities.

Before entering the Home Watch industry, Chuck gained more than 20 years of professional experience in manufacturing route engineering, process development for aerospace, medical, and nuclear manufacturers, as well as document control and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for medical implant manufacturers. His career has been built on precision, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Chuck brings that same professional approach to Home Watch. He follows consistent procedures, carefully observes the interior and exterior of each home, documents his findings, identifies potential concerns, and communicates clearly with clients.

Chuck has completed Home Watch industry training through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and is a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP). He is committed to providing dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Home Watch services.

Chuck and his family live in the Evergrene community in Palm Beach Gardens, giving him a personal connection to the local area he serves.
